She specializes in helping individuals lose weight, stop smoking, improve sleep, overcome fears, and move past limiting beliefs—empowering them to move forward into happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

Reiki Practitioner & Instructor

Susan Lembo is a Reiki Level 3 practitioner who both practices and teaches Reiki. She is passionate about sharing this gentle, supportive healing modality and offers Reiki training for individuals who wish to deepen their personal practice or learn to provide Reiki to others. Susan’s teaching style is warm, grounded, and encouraging, creating a supportive environment for learning and growth.
