Prepare for the New Year and recover from the holidays by jump starting your habits around food.

People often gain 5-10 pounds during the holiday season. If you've gained weight or you want to prevent winter weight gain, you'll benefit from online Weight Loss Hypnosis. We'll focus on mindful eating, exercise motivation and shifting your image of yourself. We’ll work on mindful food choices, portion sizes, exercise motivation, and letting go of the sugary, empty items that aren’t food to release the extra pounds. We will chat for about a half hour, then the Hypnosis session will begin. At that time you can move to a more comfortable location, lying on a bed or couch.

To get the most from the online sessions, make sure you're in a quiet location where you won't be disturbed. Lying on a bed or couch works best. Shut your phone and turn the lights down low. Have a pillow and blanket nearby. Place a pillow under your head and under your knees. Cover yourself with a blanket if you need one. You will be muted during the Hypnosis session to allow a quiet experience for all attendees. Keep in mind Hypnosis works best when you're in the receptive mode, listening and letting your mind drift.

The price is $200 for four sessions.

When online sessions are scheduled, we use the following guidelines:

  • If you prefer to pay by mail, call (908) 246-3096 or email EffortlessHypnosis@gmail.com for instructions. Pre-registration is required. Zoom link will be sent after you register.

  • On the evening of the class, please make sure you’re in a quiet, dark environment for the duration of the live online session. A live online session enables you to avoid travel time and receive a session in the comfort of your own home. 

  • Cost is $200 for four sessions
